My package is marked as delivered but is missing. What now?
Once a package has been shipped, the shipping and delivery company is responsible for the delivery of all goods ordered. Please track your order online with the tracking number provided and follow up with them regarding delays or failure of delivery.
Sometimes, the USPS will mark a package as delivered the day prior to delivery. If you have received a notice that your package has been delivered, but you cannot find your package, please wait a day to see if it is delivered.
If this is not the case, please contact your mail carrier, local Post Office, or postmaster, and request information. Sometimes, the USPS holds packages at the local office for pick up.
