How do I update my payment method?
- Log into your account. Make sure that you use the email address associated with your sewing club membership, and click "forgot password" if you are unable to log in at first. You can access the log-in page by clicking here.
- Under "My Subscriptions," click "Manage."
- At the bottom of the page, click "Account Settings."
- Near "Wallet," click "View."
- Click "Create New Payment Method."
- Select either Card or PayPal.
- If selecting PayPal, complete the steps in the PayPal popup,
- If selecting card, enter your new card details and click "Authorize Card."
- In the next screen, both your new and old payment methods will be listed. Make sure to click the "make primary" button next to the new payment method.
- Go back to the "My Subscriptions" page and click "Manage" under the membership that you want to change payment details on.
- Under "Billing Details," click "Change."
- Select the new payment that you created from the dropdown list.
- Click "Confirm."
