How do I cancel my membership?
Your membership can be cancelled at any time and it will not affect any shipments that have already been paid for. However, if you signed up for a commitment term membership (3, 6, or 12 month) and have not completed your commitment term, there will be a one-time fee to terminate your contract. View your membership terms and conditions.
If you would like to process an early termination of a commitment contract, cancellation must be processed by contacting us.
Otherwise, you can cancel by following these steps:
- Log into your account. Use the email address associated with your sewing club membership and click "forgot password" if you experience trouble logging in. You can find the log-in page by clicking here.
- Under "My Subscriptions," click "Manage."
- At the bottom of the page, click "Cancel Subscription."
- Click "confirm."
